FAMILY DAY 2026 REGISTRATION

There is a fee of £12.50 per adult and £7.50 per child. Please choose the number of tickets and complete the names of the parents/guardians, plus the names and ages of each child or teenager attending. You can use our form to register up to 2 adults and 3 children. Please contact us at hello@stamma.org to discuss booking larger groups or for group bookings.
