Friday tickets cover all conference events and refreshments that day, including the evening Quiz and Supper. For those arriving on Friday evening, The Weekend Ticket covers the Friday night Quiz & Supper as well. If you wish to bring a guest, tickets are £20 each.
SATURDAY 17TH – £105
Tickets cover all conference events and refreshments that day, including the Saturday night party. Additional tickets for Saturday night are £30 each.
SUNDAY 18TH – £65
Tickets cover all conference events and refreshments that day.

STUDENT & YOUNG PEOPLE
We are delighted to offer students and young members a limited number of subsidised student tickets. We have 18 tickets available, these are priced at £40 for a Weekend Concession Ticket and £50 for a Full Concession Ticket. To be eligible for you must:
- Be a member of STAMMA
- Be able to demonstrate that you are a student OR that you are aged between 18-24.
PROCESS
The deadline for applications is 30th May. We will hold a draw to randomly allocate tickets on 31st May and will contact all applicants. If you are successful in your application you will have to make your payment by 11th June. If payment isn’t made by then we will withdraw the offer and hold another draw.
TICKETS INCLUDE
The Weekend Concession ticket includes all conference events and entertainment on Saturday and Sunday, plus Saturday night accommodation and Sunday breakfast.
The Full Concession ticket includes all conference events and entertainment from Thursday through to Sunday, including all meals.

LOW INCOME
We are delighted to offer those on a low income a limited number of subsidised tickets. We have 14 tickets available, these are priced at £50 for a Weekend Concession Ticket and £75 for a Full Concession Ticket. To be eligible for you must:
- Be a member of STAMMA
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have a net income of less than £18,000 per year, regardless of employment.
PROCESS
The deadline for applications is 30th May. We will hold a draw to randomly allocate tickets on 31st May and contact all applicants. If you are successful in your application you will have to make your payment by 11th June. If payment isn’t made by then we will withdraw the offer and hold another draw.

PARENT / GUARDIAN £12
The ticket price includes refreshments and lunch. Please note that all children and young people attending the Family Day events must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
CHILD / YOUNG PERSON £7
Each child or young person must have a ticket to attend. Siblings are welcome. Activities will be divided up between age groups.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is not included in the ticket price. However, university accommodation can be booked alongside your tickets. The cost is £70 per night and includes breakfast, which will be at the venue. All bedrooms are en-suite and include:
- Single bed with mattress and bed linen
- Towels (1 x hand towel and 1 x bath towel)

- Toilet, sink & shower
- No hair dryers are provided.
There are a limited number of disabled rooms.
COMMUNAL AREAS
Each floor has a shared kitchen and living room area. Floors have between 5 and 8 bedrooms and are allocated depending on availability. The kitchens are equipped with a:

- Kettle
- Toaster
- Fridge freezer
- No cutlery, crockery or cooking utensils are provided.
